The sun setting over the Bay of Biscay is really quite pretty
I love how the water almost looks solid when it is frozen by the camera. In fact, this was a very difficult photo to take - I was on a boat, and the wind was so strong that I had to hold onto the rail in order to stand up. On top of that, my lens kept getting sprayed which looked awful, shooting into the sun like that. Photoshop work: Straightened the horizon (Hey, you try taking straight pictures one-handed while standing on a ship in a gale!) Also subtly improved the colours. |
